I got an idea for an RPG the other day. I just don't know if I could keep it running because the medicine I'm taking makes me really spacey or even if it would work:
A Walking Dead RP with two teams playing against each other, one the humans, the other the walkers. the only way to officially die as a walker would be to be burned, if you get shot you'd maybe have to just wait a turn to play again. Or should the walkers be shot? I haven't decided on how it would work, *if* it would.
I was looking at this: http://www.wizards.com/dnd/dice/dice.htm I don't know which dice I should use for which things.
I know there would have to be at least four dice.
1: Mortality die for Humans
2: Mortality die for Walkers
3: Weapons die for Humans
4: a die for the Walker bites to show how long it would take a bitten human to turn
What dice would be necessary and what modifiers should I put in them? I know what a modifier is: (the number you apply to the die roll when your character tries to do something related to that ability) but I don't really know how to set them up. I know it'd be harder to kill a Turned human. I was thinking the only way to officially die/leave the RP permanently would be to be burned, if you get shot you'd maybe have to just wait a turn to play again.
Sorry, I bet this entire idea just sounds stupid. If it sounds stupid I won't do it. But if it doesn't, would anyone have any suggestions that could get this working? I can't even think of a good plot to put behind it right now.
